KS2 Christmas Concert

Our final school concert of this Advent season took place on Monday 17th December when the Key Stage 2 classes joined together to tell the story of the first Christmas.

The concert took place in the Church and was a very special end to all of our recent celebrations in school as we get ready for Christmas. The children sang and performed the story very confidently and professionally and we were very proud of the effort shown by every child to make the concert such a success.Thank you to all our actors, narrators, soloists and musicians for your hard work and wonderful performances.

Thanks to all the children and the whole team of staff working with them to ensure the performance was of such a high standard. Special thanks must also go to Miss Knight and Miss O’Toole who led the organisation of the concert and rehearsals and also our specialist music teacher, Mr Gamage, for his work with the excellent singing and music.

Finally, thank you to Fr. Lawrence for hosting the school in the Church and joining us at the concert. We appreciate how welcoming both he and the Parish have been and for making the Church available as often as needed for rehearsals.
