What a FANTASTIC Sports Day we have all day in the St. George class. You are all winners to me St. George!
This week we had a very special guest come and visit our school to talk all about his achievements. Thank you Peter Bakare it was great to have you at our school, St George really enjoyed meeting you.
In celebration of Eid, today the children discussed the importance of this special time to Muslims. The children in St. George then wrote an acrostic poem about Eid. Well Done St. George, I am very proud of you all.
We had a FANTASTIC day on Wednesday which was focused on Healthy Living. We had a special guest come to our school Joe Ikhinmwin who is the Captain of the Basketball team for the London Lions who spoke to the children about his life and healthy living. It was a great day THANK YOU for visiting our school Joe.
A huge CONGRATULATIONS to one of our star students for winning the Youth League Cup in Football over the weekend. Well Done!
To celebrate the Royal Wedding this weekend our WHOLE school dressed-up in their best Wedding Clothes and enjoyed making wedding crafts, dancing and of course cake eating. What a WONDERFUL DAY of celebrations.

Wow who can believe it is already Summer Term 1. To begin this fun filled term we have been learning all about Rocks in Science. In Maths the class have been working very hard learning all about fractions. While in English St. George are learning how to compose a play script which will focus around our Topic unit Romans Rule. Online Safety Day was on Thursday and the children had a chance to use their drama skills to act out a scenario which looked at different aspects of Online Safety. They all did a great job and were very enthusiastic about the lesson. Well Done St. George
Today our class had a wonderful experience learning how to perform a Chinese dance. All students were taught a Chinese dance which was then performed followed by using and becoming a Chinese Dragon. We had a great time.
Today we have been creating Ancient Chinese Guardians with clay it has been a lot of fun!
In Topic today, St. George have been busy creating a pictorial poster of all of the things that were found in Lady Fu Hao's tomb.
This week in English we have been writing and reciting our very own free verse poems. Here are some of the beautiful and talented students in our class who wrote wonderful free verse poems.
