Monday 5th October 2020
We hope everyone continues to stay well and we were very pleased to speak with all families on Friday. The lesson timetable for this week has been uploaded and you will find the attachment below.
We will be calling again this week to keep in touch and find out how the children are getting on with this week's work. Please call or email the school at any time if there are any questions about the work or other queries or concerns you may wish to let us know about.
Please send in any work as soon as you wish and we will be happy to respond once we have received it. This can be by email (email@example.com) or dropped in at school. Children can also bring in all completed work when they return to school next week if you prefer to wait.
Thank you for your continuous support and take care.
Friday 2nd October 2020
We hope you are all well and thank you for all your support this week. It was lovely to speak to you on the phone today and hear how the children have been getting on with their home learning.
We will be uploading the work for next week by 8am on Monday. We would like to respond to the work children have been doing at home so please email all completed work to school. The email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. The work can also be dropped to the office or children could also bring in their completed work when they return to school.
Please contact the school if you have any queries regarding the online home learning and we will try to get back to you as soon as we can.
Thank you and we hope you have a lovely weekend.
Wednesday 30th October 2020
We hope you are well and thank you for all your support with the Year 5 bubble closure, which has been necessary.
The KS2 Leader, Miss Hallmark, has completed lessons for you to work on with your child for the remainder of this week. They are shown in the attached timetable from today, Wednesday 30th September to Friday 2nd October.
The school is currently in the process of moving to a digital platform, however we are continuing to use Oak Academy on-line Literacy and Maths lessons and school topic lessons at this present time.
Miss Hallmark has included all the links to Oak Academy and other websites to support these lessons. She will also organise the lessons for next week and these will be posted on the website before the new school week begins. We will make other arrangements for children who may not have internet access.
Please phone or email the school if you have any queries regarding the lessons and we will try to get back to you as quickly as possible.
We would also ask parents to send work back for the school to see and respond to, either by email or it can be dropped off to the office. Children could also bring their completed work when they return to school.
If you wish to discuss any issues about having suitable devices to support online learning at home while the bubble is closed, please contact the school today as we would wish to support parents with this.
Thank you and we will continue to stay in regular contact while the bubble is closed.
