Dear Parents and Carers,

 

The final Easter play was recorded at the beginning of this week and they have now all been uploaded onto Google Classroom. We want to take this opportunity to thank the children and staff who have worked tremendously hard to perform and record these plays. A special thank you to Mr Gamage for preparing the songs with the children, the standard of singing is as always, fantastic. We hope you are able to enjoy watching the plays with your families over the Easter holiday.

 

We would also like to say a big thank you to all parents for your very generous support of the Lent fundraising this week. All the monies raised will go to our chosen Lenten charity, St Vincent de Paul who work to support the disadvantaged in our local community.

 

Thank you also for all the party food contributions, although we don’t usually have parties at the end of Spring term, we felt this year it was especially important for the children to have some much needed fun following all the disruption to the children’s learning. The children are currently having a great time celebrating with their classmates!

 

We hope you have a very happy, peaceful and Holy Easter break with your family and we look forward to seeing you and of course our wonderful children when we return to school on Monday 19^th April.
