Imagination in EYFS

This week we have been using our imaginations in lots of different ways. Outside we have a new flower shop role play which the children have been taking turns to have different roles. Some children have been the gardener and have explained to others how to look after the plants they are buying. 

Some children built a camp fire and pretended to roast marshmallows before sleeping on the climbing frame, they asked to leave it for the next day but the birds took some sticks. They decided to build a wall around the camp fire so the birds could not get it. We added  signs so everyone knew why it was there and telling them to not touch it.
