This week the EYFS children have been using their imaginations to be pirates! We learnt how pirates talk and that they live on a ship. We made our own pirate ship in the classroom and all week we have been exploring and acting out scenes from our book ‘The pirate next door’. We made treasure maps and scrunched the paper up before ripping the sides a little we then used teabags to make them look really old. We are really hoping some treasure might be left for us soon!
