In year 5 this week, we have been carrying out investigations in Science. Our unit is Electricity and we wanted to know what materials were conductors (materials that allow electricity and heat to pass through). This information is also vital for our DT project....watch this space.

We worked in groups predicting and testing which materials would allow the electrical current to pass through and which would not.

Our question for next week's lesson is: What affects the brightness of the bulb?
