Investigating Rocks!

This week in Year 3, we started a new science topic all about rocks and soils. We went outside into the school playground to look for different rocks and discussed where we found them. We soon realised that rocks are all around us! After that, we used our observational skills to look at a range of rocks and worked as groups to match the descriptions to those we had in front of us.
