Sport is a very important part of the curriculum and we really want to promote children’s enjoyment of different types of exercise and encourage them to develop healthy lifestyle choices. To support this work we have our own specialist PE coach in school and also invite visitors in to talk to the children about sport.

We also take part in the Camden inter-schools sports tournaments and one of the main events involves the older year groups taking part in the football tournament leagues. Our football teams have been taking part in the tournaments for the last few years and have been very successful. Our new Years 5 and 6 boys and girls football teams were recently selected and are working on their football skills with our specialist PE coach, Souleymane, and our PE Leader, Miss Knight.

Both teams are taking part in their first matches today and we wish them the best of luck! We look forward to updating you on how the teams get on throughout the tournaments.
