This week we have been learning all about the Queen, in preparation for our Platinum Jubilee party. We have made crowns, paper-chains and flags. We wrote lists of what we needed for the party and used this to help get ready. We learnt lots of interesting facts about Queen Elizabeth II. William remembered “The Queen is the big boss who has been the boss for 70 years.” Siana remembered “The Queen has a dog, and a pretty dress”. We also used some wooden blocks to build a castle and retell the story of the Queen's Coronation.
