The children have begun to create a piece of art in the style of Rousseau's ‘Surprised’. In the images, year 5 are using layering to create the rainforest background from Rousseau’s artwork.

In our next lesson, the children will use montage to create an image of their chosen animal. Keep your eyes peeled for our finished piece.
