Dear Parents/Carers,

Today the children in years1-6 will be having their weekly well-being catch up meeting with their teachers and classmates. The times for each class’ catch up are as follows:

Year 1 - 1:00-1:15 

Year 2 - 1:15-1:30

Year 3 - 1:30-1:45

Year 4 - 1:45-2:00

Year 5 - 2:00-2:15 

Year 6 - 2:15-2:30 

Please make sure that your child is logged onto Google Classroom in good time to join in with the catch up. Attached below is a list of Golden Rules for joining the catch up, the teachers will go through these with the children before the meetings start but please feel free to discuss these rules with your children today.

 

St Dominic’s Golden Rules when joining in a live Stream catch up in Google Classroom.

 

                                         

 

• I don’t behave differently when I’m learning at home, so when joining the live stream I don’t say or do things that I wouldn’t do in the classroom - I follow St Dominic’s Behaviour Policy.
• I do not post, make or share unkind, hurtful or rude messages/comments.
• I do not make fun of anyone or exclude them because they are different to me.
• If I need to talk to my teacher about something which is worrying me, I will ask her to contact me separately so that we can discuss it privately.

 

I know that if I do not follow the above rules my teacher will mute me from the live stream and will contact my parents to discuss my behaviour
