This week the adults in EYFS have been amazed at the reading and writing of all children, in Nursery the children can recognise their names and are starting to write them, first by tracing them and then independently. Some children can say the sound that their name starts with too! In Reception we have been busy putting all our phonics knowledge together to read and write some words and caption, including writing some tricky words. This week we have been learning about vets so we wrote the names of some animals and captions about what dogs like to do. Well done EYFS for fantastic work this week!
