In Geography, Year 3's have been learning about 'Our Global World'. We have been using a variety of maps and atlases to locate major mountain ranges, deserts, and landmarks. Once we learned how to locate them, we have been drawing our own maps to show where they are around the world. We are now beginning to look at the world's climate zones and the characteristics of each zone making links back to why mountain ranges and deserts are found in certain places around the world.
