This week Emma is our Star Worker! Emma is a really kind and considerate girl who always tries her best in every lesson. this week Emma has worked particularly hard in Science and Maths working through problems even if she finds them tough. Emma should be really proud of herself. Well done

This week Maja and Mia are both Year 6's Stars of the Week. These girls have both shown real empathy towards their fellow peers. This is something that comes naturally to them! This week they have both helped out other members of the class who have been in need, or finding things difficult, without being asked or prompted. They should be really proud of themselves as we are in Year 6. Well done Mia and Maja, we are lucky to have you in our class

This week Patrick is Year 6's Star of the Week. Patrick has shown such creativity in our English lessons this week. He has thought incredibly carefully about the language that he is using and and the effect that it will have on the reader. Well done Patrick!
Week Beginning 19th September 2022
This week Tommy has won Star of the Week in Year 6. Since the very start Tommy has come in with a can do, positive attitude to his learning. He is a real role model to the class and this week has worked particularly hard in his Maths lesson. He is really challenging himself to do the very best that he can do. Amazing work Tommy!

This week Charlie is Year 6's Star of the Week. Charlie is a superstar, who tries his best in all lessons! A real role model!! However, this week Charlie has worked especially hard in our Writing lesson and produced a fantastic stat to his Diary entry as Emmeline Pankhurst. It was full of amazing language! Well done Charlie

This week Maison is Year 6 Star of the Week. He has come back to school with a fantastic attitude to learning. All throughout the week he has tried his best and this has especially been seen in our Maths lessons this week. Keep up the hard work Maison! Well done!

This weeks Stars of The Week are Rocco, Freddie, Kai and Frankie A.
They made a fantastic North American bridge - they showed great team work skills and made it really realistic!
Week beginning 6th June
This week’s Star of the Week is Hannah, she has had an amazing couple of weeks and has been working very hard within our writing sessions to ensure that she uses challenging vocabulary AND fantastic neat joined handwriting. Well done Hannah.

Our Star of the Week this week is Henry- for his fantastic writing! He is working really hard with dedication to be and achieve the best he can and I am really impressed with his use of key vocabulary and different sentence structures!

Harry is star of the week for his fantastic progress at lunchtime. He has been making a real effort to control himself on and off the pitch and has become a great asset to the year 6 team. Well done Harry!

Archie is star of the week because of his fantastic progress in maths. He has worked really hard in every booster and is really starting to make good progress. Keep up the hard work Archie and you will smash your SATs. Well done!
Week beginning 28th February
Isabella is my star of the week due to her fantastic efforts and focus as we get closer to the SATs. She is a wonderful role model to others and is really pushing herself to achieve. I am sure she will be very pleased with her results if she maintains this positive attitude and continues to push herself.

The Star of the Week for Year 6 this week is Selena. Selena has been working incredibly hard in reading, writing and maths. It is great to see how this hard work and determination is help her to progress. Selena has also been dedicated to completing her homework too and participating actively within booster sessions. Keep up your great effort, Selena, it's amazing.

This week, Kai is star of the week for his FANTASTIC effort and attitude with his learning. He is really pushing himself to achieve. He attends every single booster session AND is working hard to use the strategies we are practicing in class on his own. WELL DONE!

She is a star because she has been working really hard to achieve all of the year 6 objectives within writing and has even challenged herself to achieve greater depth. If she keeps up this hard work, we will see great things from her as an author I am sure! Well done Calleigh.

For her fantastic focus and determination. She has been working incredibly hard to complete C3 in English and Maths. This has required her to use a different set of problem solving skills and she has aced all of the challenges she has tried. FANTASTIC!

Toby is the star of the week this week for his incredible and truly fantastic maths work! I am so impressed to see how much he has learnt in just a few months AND it was very impressive watching him solve multi-step problems. WOW!

Sadie and Bella are stars of the week because of their truly incredible narratives. Both of them are budding authors and have produced a wonderful story. They used a wide range of sentence structures, excellent vocabulary choices and created strong story lines. AMAZING!

The Year 6 Star of the Week is Muctarr.
Muctarr has been very ambitious this week within his writing. He has worked hard to combine the build-up writing and his own new ideas within his 'big-write' this week. Muctarr has impressed Miss Knight by using powerful vocabulary choices too and trying to include different sentence structures to make his writing even more exciting. Excellent!
