Star of the Week is Marcellus Straker.

Marcellus has worked tirelessly on his personal development to ensure that he is in the right mind frame to learn effectively. His contributions to our discussions around faith and forgiveness have been particularly interesting. Well done Marcellus!

Alexa followed the routines and made a big improvement in her behaviour for learning. We were particularly impressed with her contributions to classroom discussions. Well done Alexa!

Jessica is Yr4's Star of the Week this week. She has made excellent contributions to classroom discussions and following classroom routines. Well done Jessica!

St Teresa's Stars of the Week 2021-2022

This Yasmin is St. Teresa's Star of the Week. Yasmine has worked really well in all her lessons but particularly in our Maths lessons this week. We have been working on problem solving and reasoning questions using our multiplication and division skills. Yasmine has persevered when things have been tricky and should be extremely proud of her achievements. Well done Yasmine J. 

This week Iqra is our Star of the Week! Iqra always tries her best in all our lessons and is a real role model in class! She has worked amazingly well on her poetry this week and even wrote her own at home! Well Iqra you should be so proud of yourself 

This week Frankie is our Star of the Week! Frankie has had a great week and has been working hard in all her subjects. Frankie has worked hard in doing her work independently and this was especially evident in our Writing lesson. Today Frankie rewrote a fantastic new verse to our poem we are learning. Well done! 

This week Ronnie is our Star of the Week. He has had a fantastic week, trying his best in all his lessons! Ronnie has worked particularly hard in Maths. This week we have been learning about Angles and Shape and his hard work has really shown in his work. Well done Ronnie 

This week Florence is our Star of the Week! Florence always tries her best in everything that she does. but this week I have been particularly impressed with her fantastic Maths skills! She has worked hard telling the time and converting the time! Super Star!

In St Teresa Class Charlie is our Star of the Week. Charlie has been participating in class fantastically this week, giving some really interesting answers to our discussions. He has also been focussing on his handwriting and his English work today was brilliant! Well done Charlie you should be extremely proud of yourself. :)

This week Finley is St Teresa’s Star of the Week. This week Finley has worked really hard on being focused within all his lessons and this was all seen on our school trip where he was FANTASTIC! However, Finley is getting the Star of the Week for his incredible story that he created. He used really ambitious vocabulary throughout and used a variety of sentences WOW! Well done

This week Leo is St Teresa’s Star of the Week. Leo is a superstar within the classroom and tries his best in all his lessons! This week Leo has worked fantastically in our writing lessons and produced some incredibly creative and ambitious writing. I can’t wait to see his end piece! Well done Leo. 

This week Theo is St Teresa’s Star of the Week. Theo has shown so much care and effort in all of his work this week especially in our Science and Maths classes. He has given really thoughtful answers during class discussion and tried exceedingly hard with his tasks. Well done Theo, keep up the good work!  

This week Abbie is year 4 star of the week. Abbie has worked extremely hard in her writing lessons and has tried her best to produce a truly fantastic persuasive letter! She has been really ambitious with her vocabulary and sentence structures. She should be very proud of herself. Well done Abbie  ​

This week Steven is our star of the week! Steven has started this term with a fantastic learning attitude. He is so focused in all of his lessons and he has been a real role model for the class. Steven should be extremely proud of himself. Well done!​

This week Naod is St Teresa's star of the week. Naod has worked really hard this week is all subjects and should be very proud of her achievements! This week Naod has been given this award for his creativity in his art lesson. He worked really well on creating an explosive volcano picture, thinking carefully about his colour choices. Well done Naod! ​

This week Raphael is St Teresa's star of the week. He is a hard-working and diligent member of our class who is always trying his best in all aspects of his learning. This week he has won his award for his fantastic performance in our Easter play. He showed such confidence and enthusiasm up on the stage! He should be really proud of himself. Well done!  

In St Teresa Class, Aydin is our star of the week! This week Aydin has shown real creativity in our Easter show rehearsals! He has been really committed to learning his lines and has performed them with real emotion! I am really excited to see his performance next week. Well done Aydin you should be really proud of yourself! ​

This week Yara is St Teresa’s star of the week. Yara is a really hard-working member of the class who always produces her best work in all subjects! This week I have been really impressed with her focus in our Geography lesson, plotting volcanoes on her map and showing her fantastic map skills! Well done Yara you should be really proud of yourself! 

In St Teresa Joey is our star of the week!  Joey has produced some fantastic writing this week, using really ambitious vocabulary and sentence structures. He has tried his absolute best and it shows, in this brilliant piece of writing that he should be extremely proud of. Well done Joey!

This week in St Teresa Yasmine is our star of the week! Yasmine is a wonderful member of the class who always comes into school with an amazing positive attitude and a huge smile on her face! Yasmine is always the first to offer help to those around her, whether that be with their work or just handing out the books and we are all very lucky to have her as part of our class. Well done Yasmine!​

This week in St Teresa Class, Matilde is the star of the week! Matilde is a fantastic role- model within our class. She is always trying her best in all of her lessons and always wants to improve.  This week this has shone through in our Geography lesson in which we were learning all about the Earths layers. Matilde produced some fantastic work and should be very proud. Well done Matilde, you super star!  ​

This week in St Teresa class Frankie is our star of the week! Frankie has been trying really hard to  stay focused in all of her lessons. Her work has been amazing!  She really showed this in her art lesson in which she produced a brilliant piece of work which she should be very proud of! Well done Frankie you are a super star! ​

This week in St Teresa class Ronnie is our star!

He is a brilliant member of our class, who always tries his best in every subject. However, these past weeks Ronnie has surpassed himself in our writing lessons and has created a fantastic story! He thought carefully about the vocabulary he used and made sure to put in everything that we had learnt over this unit. He should be very proud of himself for showing such creativity and focus! Well done Ronnie  

Week beginning 24th January 2022

This week's Star of the Week is Leo. Leo is always a positive role model to those around him and consistently does all he can to 'Be the Best he can Be.' This week, Leo was particularly focused and confident when it came to his Maths learning and we are so proud of what he has achieved. Well done, Leo! 

This week Theo is the star of the week for St Teresa. Theo is a fantastic member of our classroom!  This week Theo has shown real resilience in his attitude to his learning. he never gives up when he faces a challenge and this has particularly shown in his brilliant creative writing this week. Well done Theo you should be very proud of all of your achievements! ​

This week, Finley is the star of the week for St Teresa. Finley has worked so hard at staying focused within his lessons this term and has produced some fantastic work because of it. He has particularly shown this focus in his writing lessons and has created some outstanding creative pieces this week all based on The Tin Forest! I am really proud of his efforts! Well done Finley, you superstar!   

Charlie is star of the week for St Teresa Class this week. Charlie has had an amazing start to the new term and should be very proud of himself. He has been extremely focused within his lessons especially in maths. He has been participating a lot in class discussions and just being a real mathematical whizz! Well done Charlie for a brilliant week!  ​

Abbie is the star of the week for St Teresa this week and has worked incredibly hard this week in all of her lessons. However, this week Abbie has shown a real focus in her writing lessons. She has produced some fantastic instructions informing the reader how to be a champion chariot racer! Abbie is a super member of St Teresa and should be very proud of herself! Well done Abbie!

Steven is the star of the week for St Teresa this week. Steven is a brilliant member of the class who is constantly striving to do the best that he can in all of his lessons! This week Steven has shown real focus in our Maths lessons. He was working independently, multiplying a 2 digit number by a 1 digit using many different methods. He should be very proud of himself and his achievements. Well done Steven you are amazing!  

Iqra is the star of the week for St Teresa this week. Iqra is an amazing member of the class, who is always trying her best in every subject! This week Iqra has shown real ambition in her writing lessons and should feel extremely proud of herself. In her newspaper report, which was all about Romulus and Remus, Iqra used fantastic high level vocabulary with lots of examples of direct speech. Well done Iqra you are a real superstar and we are lucky to have you as part of our class!

Tommy is star of the week for St Teresa class this week. Tommy is a wonderful member of our class and he has tried so hard in all of his lessons this week! He should be extremely proud of his hard work. Tommy has really shone in his Reading  lessons this week, staying really focused on his given tasks. He has produced some fantastic work and we are all very proud of him. Well done Tommy, you  are a real superstar! 

Florence is star of the week for St Teresa class this week. Florence a wonderful, kind and helpful member of our class and is always trying her best in every subject! This week Florence has excelled in Maths, we have been working on our timetables in year 4 and she has tried so hard! She has shown real resilience during our Maths lessons, not giving up when things were tricky and having a real positive and can do attitude. Well done Florence what a brilliant week!
